Due to its inner courtyard position, it's peaceful, quiet and with beautiful views from the windows in the spring, summer and late autumn days.

The space consists of a common room with open plan kitchen, big bathroom with a walk in shower, two private bedrooms, located on the top floor, lounge closed balcony and inner courtyard views from the entire place!

• mini couch, that can be used also as storage space;

The kitchen is fully equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine and kettle;
• cooking basics and more.
The master Bedroom offers:

• TV with cable;
• air conditioner;
• open storage and access to a balcony which overviews the inner courtyard.
The second Bedroom holds:
• an extendable double bed;
• clothing storage;
• access to the balcony.

Zhenski Pazar or Women’s Market is the most lively area of the city, mixing different cultures, offering amazing bargains on all stuff imaginable and just a minute away from the most important subway station – Serdika – which connects Line 1 and Line 2 and basically gives you access to the whoooole city! 🙂
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Estancia cómoda. Relación calidad precio más que buena. Es un apartamento sin lujos, tiene lo justo y necesario, pero por el precio pagado es muy correcto. Ubicación cómoda para llegar al centro y para visitar el Mercado de las Mujeres, con supermercados cerca y establecimientos de comida.
