The apartment is quiet and facing a calm backyard, equipped with everything you need for your Sofia getaway or business trip. You can hop on the metro and in 8 minutes you are at the main Sofia centre landmarks, restaurants and shopping streets.
There is available work-space with FullHD monitor and fast internet.
The common room features:
• a comfortable large bed;
• sofa;
• flat-screen TV with cable channels;
• working desk and chair;
• decorative details providing maximum coziness!
The kitchen is fully-equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine and electric kettle;
• full kitchenware and utensils.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet and a washing sink with a mirror.
The travel time is exactly 30 minutes and it’s very easy to self check in in the apartment.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

We stayed 11 nights and the place was better than expected by almost all metrics - the kitchen is well equipped - 20 minutes walk on foot to the center, in a very peaceful area, with shops and a small farmer/vegetable market nearby - the place is very well connected -> the subway is basically 30 seconds walk from the building and it can take you to the center, to the train station or the airport - the internet was perfect for video calls - the heaters worked great, although on some days it was -1 outside - clean and in general very cosy with everything needed and very spacious - the communication was smooth only small minus is that the hot water during our entire stay was a bit dirty/brownish, especially in the kitchen. Some pipes in the building are probably old overall a great place, would come again and highly recommended
