Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.

We enjoyed Vanesa's place as it was very close to Varna Sea Garden and beaches. Also near to public transit bus stops and bars, restaurants. Easy instructions were provided for getting the keys. Thank you very much!

Overall, we liked everything. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. The only downside is that the boiler was turned off and when we wanted to take a bath upon arrival, the water was cold. But we turned it on and the water warmed up over time. The overall impression is still good. We recommend these apartments.
