Top central 2-BDR apartment in the heart of Nessebar’s new town. On the main tourist street of the city, surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and close to the beach (7 min walk). The world-famous Ancient City of Nessebar – UNESCO World Heritage is just 20min walk from the flat!
The space is fully furnished and prepared for short-term stays. It has 2 bedrooms – 1 with King-size double bed for 2 and another bedroom with 2 Single beds = sleeps comfortably up to 4 guests in total. ALL rooms have Air Conditioning.
The living room is bright and spacious as there are large windows and plenty of sunshine comes in. You will have access to an amazing terrace (the highlight of the apartment) with plenty of chairs, tables and sunbeds to enjoy the sunny summer days or the starry skies with a glass of Bulgarian wine on the balcony.
The apartment has a kitchen space with the basic amenities – stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, kitchenware so you can prepare a quick meal rather than eating outside.
You’ll have a private, clean bathroom + shower with fresh towels and toiletries provided for all guests during their stay.

You will have full access to the whole apartment.
I and my co-host won’t be at the apartment during your stay, but we are always available if you have any questions regarding your stay or you need any recommendations, just message us through the platform. We will provide a phone number, just in case of emergency.

Parking: Blue Zone in the area (you need to send an SMS from a Bulgarian phone number). Coming by car is not recommended.

– Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
– Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
– Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
– Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
– It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
– Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
– SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Жилището е на страхотно място, в пешеходна улица на града. Всичко небходимо е съвсем наблизо – ресторанти, магазини, аптека, бързо хранене. Вечер улицата е много удобна за разходка. Северния и Южния плаж, както и Стария град са на 10 мин пеша. Намерихме платен паркинг през 2 улици. Заплаща се 12лв/ден което ми се струва ОК. Свободни места за паркиране в града почти няма. Жилището като такова е ОК. Голямата тераса е супер. Като цяло града е много хубав и поддържан.
