Bright apartment suitable for up to 6 people, fully equipped and convenient. The space consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony to have a rest on!

The kitchen is part of the living room and is fully equipped. It provides:
• oven and stove;
• coffee machine and kettle;
• fridge;
• dishwasher;
• washing machine and dryer.
The first bedroom boasts a:
• comfortable queen-size bed;
• wardrobe.
• TV.
The second bedroom boasts a:
• comfortable queen-size bed;
• a dedicated working space.
In the bathroom, there’s a toilet, a shower, and a sink with a mirror.
The living room features:

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

The place was nice and clean. It was at a reasonable distance from the centre. There were a few issues with the sheets not being clean and having stains, as well as cutlery being left dirty. Other than that it was a great place and I would recommend!
