Awesome, modern and cozy apartment - two floor penthouse on the 8th floor of a modern building in the center of Sofia. The apartment is perfectly arranged for business travelers and adventurers who like to explore the beautiful city of Sofia and its nearby surroundings. Walking distance to Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Metro/Bus Stations and endless choices of cafes and restaurants in the city center.

The apartment is located on the 8th floor and is accessible by elevator. The flat itself is based on two levels.
The first level consists of common area with an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, a toilet and a balcony with a stunning view of the entire city and the Vitosha mountain.
The living room features:
• extendable couch with a coffee table;
• smart TV accessible by phone, with Netflix and cable channels;
• air conditioner;
• dining area with a table and four chairs;
• access to the balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine, microwave and kettle;
• washing machine and dishwasher;
• cupboards full of all sorts of glasses, consumables, cooking utensils.

Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Ich habe mich in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt, da es auf jeden Fall der Beschreibung bei Airbnb entsprach. Der Check-In war einfach und die Kommunikation immer sehr gut. Es wurde bei Probleme sehr schnell bei Airbnb geantwortet und bei Problemen mit dem Check-In oder Ähnliches war er oder eine Kollegin immer schnell telefonisch erreichbar. Leider hatte ich, als einziges Manko, große Probleme mit dem Sicherheitsschloss der Wohnungstür, da es häufig klemmte, sodass ich manchmal längere Zeit gebraucht habe, um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Es wurde mir professionell geholfen und ich denke, das Schloss wird möglich schnell auch getauscht. Danke für ein entspanntes Oster-Wochenende in Sofia 🙂
