• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Am avut o ședere foarte plăcută în apartamentul Vanessei. Acesta e spațios, utilat și compartimentat încât să te poți simți ca acasă. Am putut găti și am avut la dispoziție tot ce ne-a trebuit, patul este confortabil iar ceea ce e un plus pentru noi, a fost balconul, unde îți poți bea cafeaua în liniște ❤️. Ca și îmbunătățiri, ne-ar fi plăcut să nu fi trebuit să pornim noi boilerul, ci să fie deja pornit când am ajuns, întrucât nu s-a încălzit apa atât de repede încât să ne putem face un duș după un drum lung. În rest, totul a fost ok. 🙂 Recomand!

We stay for 2 weeks and everything was good. Close to the beach 10 min walk and shops to get breakfast downstairs was a plus. Perfect place for families.
