Our 1BD apartment is located right in the heart of the city and everything you would need is within a few minutes walking distance.
The layout consists of a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet and balcony with a nice city view.

• TV with cable;
• coffee table;
• air conditioner.
The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine;
The bedroom consists of:
• comfortable queen-size bed;
• wardrobe
• air conditioner.
There is one bathroom with a shower, toilet and cupboards.
On the balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee with a nice city view.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

I had a very pleasant and calm stay at Ani’s flat:) Her place was cosy, very clean and tidy and had everything I needed to feel at home! Location was perfect too- it had shops etc super nearby and is close to town by walking (20 mins walk), but area was calm and friendly. Check-in instructions were very easy, communication was great too. I would highly recommend Ani’s place 🙂

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat auch auf all meine Fragen und Anliegen sofort reagiert. Das Apartment war sauber und gemütlich. Leicht zu erreichen und durch die genau Anweisung die man vorher bekommt ist es richtig easy in das Apartment zu kommen. Ich habe mich richtig wohlgefühlt und kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Preis Leistung definitiv sehr gut.
