This is a brand new apartment and consists of an open-space living room, dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
The common room is furnished with:
• a comfortable sofa;
• TV with cable channels;
• dining area for 4.
In the kitchen you will find:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine and electric kettle;
• microwave and toaster;
• dishwasher;
The first bedroom is separated from the common room with folding door and have:
• a queen-sized bed;
• big wardrobe;
• nightstands.
The second bedroom have:
• a queen-sized loft bed;
• dedicated workspace;
• wardrobe;
• AC – temporarily NOT working
• reading/rest area;
The bathroom is fully equipped with walk-in shower, toilet and washing sink.

You are located at a top location – central downtown area and everything you need is just a hand away. The presidential office, the Largo, the National Theater and the National Gallery are just a couple of minute walking distance away.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?

Mooi, schoon appartement gelegen in het centrum van de stad. Het verblijf heeft ons goed bevallen! Helaas was de douche verstopt en stroomde het water moeilijk weg, maar de host heeft laten weten dat het gefixt zal worden voor de volgende klanten. Al om al heeft het goed bevallen.
