This cozy studio is a quiet getaway in the top centre of the city. It is located on an unusually high first living floor towards a backyard, which keeps it away from the city noise.
It has all the main features:

The studio is located close to Sofia University metro station, which is part of Line 1, linked to Sofia Airport.
Located on “6 Septemvri” street, you’ll be right next to the Crystal Garden, Russian Church, the National Assembly, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and more. Walking on the very famous yellow pavements, you’ll be able to reach everything worth seeing in the city in no time.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Alloggio comodo, posizione ottima, ci si muove in centro città con 15 minuti di camminata. Dista 30-40 minuti di autobus dall’aeroporto. La casa è come nelle foto, come da descrizione. Unica pecca, personalmente ho trovato una macchia sulla federa del cuscino. Qualità-prezzo ottima. Check in flessibile, Boris ci ha fatto accomodare in casa molto prima dell’orario del check in.
