The studios are disinfected according to the Flat Manager's standards.
Both studios have all the main features:
• comfortable queen-size bed
• well equipped kitchen with a dining table
• full bathroom with a walk-in shower
• flat screen TV with Cable TV
• Air conditioning
• darkening curtains
• self check-in method with a lockbox.
One of the studios has a balcony.
• The studios are supplied with bed linen, towels and hotel cosmetics.
• A baby crib is available upon request – 20 EUR/stay.
• The studios are located on the 1st floor (above the ground floor) – there is an elevator.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Location is wonderfull directly in city centre . . . Rooms are renovated and brand new. Mayble entrace into house is contrast or small shock .. but whole feelings about place, clean, enough equiped and if anything missing, qquick conversation was always working. happy with it.

I due appartamenti si trovano sullo stesso corridoio e sono ottimi se si viaggia con amici, ma si vuole mantenere la propria privacy. Sono simili, ma uno dei due è nettamente più spazioso e ha anche il balconcino, mentre l'altro è piuttosto piccolo. La posizione è comoda al centro e la pulizia buona. Il self check-in con gli smart lock per me è perfetto, ma se viaggiate con persone anziane potrebbe non essere la soluzione ideale. La comunicazione con l'host è stata molto immediata e ho apprezzato la guida di Sofia che ha inviato prima della partenza, dove era possibile trovare anche consigli utili sulla città (ristoranti, cosa da vedere, info sui trasporti, ecc.). Qualità prezzo ottima. CONSIGLIATO!

Ho prenotato entrambi gli appartamenti offerti. Eravamo in 4. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla cattedrale e si riesce a godere della città a piedi. Self check-in facile e veloce e le indicazioni ricevute dall’host sono state ottime. Per quanto riguarda l’alloggio matrimoniale è ottimo. Non ci sono state criticità. Un appunto: manca un tappeto fuori dalla doccia e le cialde del caffè presenti non erano quelle corrette per la macchinetta offerta. Per quanto riguarda invece il secondo alloggio ci sono alcune criticità. Secondo me non è per 2 persone in quanto il letto è da 1 piazza e mezza ma una coppia magra riesce a dormire ‘tranquillamente’. La pulizia sembrava essere stata fatta frettolosamente, cosa che nel primo alloggio non avevo notato. C’era un po’ di polvere negli angoli e alcuni capelli non nostri. Nel complesso nulla di grave, per la posizione e per il prezzo vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato. Consigliato per 3 persone o famiglia con 2 ragazzi/e
