The apartment is very good day lighted and it is specially decorated for your comfortable and pleasant stay. There are different separate areas which are suitable for work or relax.

One bedroom with queen size bed and private balcony with table and chairs – great for spending your morning time with cup of coffee;
Bathroom with fresh towels, shampoo and shower gel on your disposal.
SECOND FLOOR:
Spacious bedroom with king size bed and large couch – furnished with a crib and changing table, perfectly for a family with little baby.
The bedroom has also a private bathroom.

Roof top terrace accessible by stairs;
Wide open space suitable for work and at the same time great place for enjoying sunny mornings or beautiful sunsets.

Easily getting around as you are at the best spot for exploring. The main Metro Station – “Serdika” is just a few minutes walking to the apartment. After landing you need only to take the subway and you will be right in the center of Sofia. Parking on the street is free between 20:00 pm – 8:30 am. In the day it’s possible for a maximum of 2 hours – 1 Euro/hour; Taxis in Sofia are really cheap;
You can feel the spirit of Sofia, with the little streets and beautiful old buildings. The area is very safe and quiet and is in a walking distance from all the iconic places you should visit. You will find everything you need nearby – bakery, greengrocery, cafes, nice restaurants.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?

We had a brilliant stay at the appartment, it was super central and close to everything we needed including shops & restaurants ! The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious, the roof terrace was absolutely lovely to relax in the sun!! We did have a few minor issues with getting hot water in the showers but found that if the kitchen tap was run on hot the showers would also run hot! May be due to a pressure issue - highlighted this to the owner and they were very helpful and offered to have someone come out and assist ! The only other thing I would mention is there are a few utensils which would have been useful I.e a bottle & tin opener - but we managed fine without! Would absolutely reccomend this apartment to anyone looking for a lovely relaxing stay in Sofia !
