This beautiful, cozy studio features a spacious balcony and a perfect location on the main pedestrian street in Balchik. This is a private property in "Marina city Balchik" which provides free access to the complex's swimming pool for our guests. The studio is well-equipped and has everything you need for a memorable vacation

The studio is very spacious and combines the bedroom and living room into one room.
The common area provides:
• two extendable sofa beds – one single and one double;
• comfortable queen-sized bed;
• nightstands;
• access to balcony;
• AC;
• TV with cable channels;
The kitchenette area is equipped with:
• fridge and stoves;
• dining counter;
• coffee machine and electric kettle;
• full kitchen utensils;
The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, washing sink and toilet.

• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instructions.

Vanessa et son equipe sont tres reactif est arrangeant. l'appartement correspond a la description meme si quelque lumiere ne fonctionnent pas. Balchik est une ville parfaite pour quelques jours de détente. mais il ne s'agit pas d'une ville pour rester plus que quelques jours.
