At your disposal is the whole house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious common area (living room, kitchen and dining area) and an outdoor dining area along with a private swimming pool and a private parking in front of the house for 4 cars.
The 4 bedrooms are furnished with:

• Wardrobes;
• TVs
• Room darkening curtains;
All of the bathrooms are equipped with toilet, washing sink and walk-in showers. One of the bathrooms also provides a bathtub.
The kitchen provides:
• Fridge, oven and stoves;
• Dishwasher;
• Coffee machine and electric kettle;
The living room area has:
• A comfortable sitting area (sofa and armchairs);
• Large TV;
• Dining area for 6;
The outdoor dining area is also equipped for 8. At your disposal is also an outdoor kitchen area.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE HOUSE IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Top notch villa. High end amenities and very stylish. Everything was as we expected for the money we paid. We had a great stay. Small disclaimers: internet provider is not the best and if you don’t keep the house squeeky clean, you will have issues with ants.

We spent about a week at Vasilena’s place and we had a lot of fun and relaxing time. The place is amazing with nice seaside views, good set of amenities, the pool was good and nice to have as we saved time going to the seaside every day. When we had some technical challenges in the beginning, the host was very responsive, always ready to help, managed to fix the technical issues with the local provider without our involvement and overall the experience was great! My child loved the place and we will consider coming back again!

We had an amazing stay at this brand new villa for a golf getaway. The location is perfect - right inside the resort, just a short drive or walk from the golf course. The villa itself was spotless clean, spacious and beautifully maintained. All amenities were top notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the private pool and comfortable beds. It was the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended for anyone with high expectations!
