The apartment is located in a building right next to the slopes where you can just ski-in/ ski-out.
The layout consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room with an open-plan kitchen and two balconies.
The living room is furnished with:
• comfortable sitting area;
• TV with cable channels;
• dining area for 4;
• access to balcony with outdoor furniture;
The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• washing machine;
• coffee machine ;
• various kitchen utensils and cooking basics.
The two bedrooms provide:
• a comfortable queen-sized bed;
• wardrobes;
One of them has access to a balcony. The other one is also furnished with a desk/workstation.
The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, toilet and washing sink.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!
