Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

I had a great stay at Luminous Central Retreat! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect central location. Communication with Alex and the Flat Manager Team was smooth and friendly throughout. Highly recommend this place, and I’d definitely come back!

Outstanding place! Definitely one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed at. Location cannot be more central than this. The place was extremely clean, tidy and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, furniture was amazing and the apartment had all amenities one might need. Overall 10/10, definitely recommend!
