Lozenetz is one of Sofia’s most desirable and upscale neighborhoods, known for its leafy streets, elegant residences, and a perfect balance between urban convenience and a relaxed atmosphere. This quarter is characterized by its proximity to the city center, making it easy to explore Sofia’s cultural and historical sites.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

I had a great stay at Vasilena’ apartment in Sofia! It was super clean, really cozy, and had a calm, peaceful vibe. The terrace was a nice spot to chill, and the kitchen had everything I needed—really good quality appliances too. I also loved the little extras like books and games, perfect for a quiet evening in. The host was very attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. Check-in was easy and smooth. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re heading to Sofia. Felt like a home away from home!
