The common space has a lot of light coming in and features:
• queen-size bed;
• TV with cable channels;
• air conditioner;
• curtains;
• extendable sofa;
• access to a balcony with table and two sun beds.
The kitchen is part of the common room and provides:
• stoves;
• fridge;
• kettle;
• kitchenware and cooking utensils.
There is a nice bathroom with a shower, sink with a mirror and a toilet.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

We are grateful for Valery’s attitude and good conditions. It was easy and comfortable settlement. There were all necessary things: various utensils, iron and ironing board, soup, gel for shower, towels, hairdryer, tv and good wi-fi. And the most important is clean room!
