– Living Room: A bright and inviting space with a comfortable sofa bed (sleeps 2), a flat-screen smart TV with the EON TV app, and a stunning fireplace for warm, cozy nights. Step out onto the private balcony to soak in the panoramic views of the mountains and the city.
– Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, hot water kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and all essential cutlery for your convenience.
– Bedroom: A beautifully renovated bedroom featuring a double valet-sized bed, ample storage space, and access to the private balcony.
– Bathroom: A modern, fully renovated bathroom with a relaxing atmosphere, complete with extra towels, shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, and bathrobes for use in the wellness center.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

the apartment was beautiful. super Cosy and warm and it was spotless. The surroundings from the balcony are amazing. if you are driving up to the mountains and parking while going snowboarding it's the perfect location as it's at the start of the road up to the carpark. would definitely recommend.
