The studio is located in the complex “Aspen Resort”, in the valley next to the city of Bansko, next to the golf course of “Pirin Golf Resort”.
The layout consists of living area and bathroom.
In the living area you will find:
• a comfortable queen-sized bed;
• big sofa;
• AC;
• dining area;
• TV with cable channels;
• access to balcony with outdoor furnitures;
The kitchen area is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine;
• electric kettle and toaster;
• various kitchen utensils;
The bathroom is fully equipped with bathtub, washing sink and toilet.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

The studio had everything we needed and it was just like the pictures.Beautiful balcony view!

Everything was fine, except for the mattresses. The space is perfect for two, the pool and all the facilities available at the hotel are highly appreciated. If new mattresses are provided I wouldnt hasistate to come again!

Estupendo estudio ubicado en el complejo residencial Aspen, en un valle con maravillosas vistas a las montañas del pirineo búlgaro. Zona tranquila e ideal para hacer rutas caminando o en bicicleta.
