Enjoy the comfort of our cosy and beautiful studio with a good location within 5 minutes walking to the Singing Fountains and the City garden. The flat is very convenient and although it's a smaller one, it has everything needed even for longer stays. It's suitable for 2 people, but you can book it together with a second studio in the same building.

The space consists of a beautiful common room with a kitchen and bedroom area and a separate bathroom.
The common room consists of:

• coffee machine and kettle.
In the bathroom there is a shower cabin, toilet and sink with a mirror.

• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Очень удобное расположение квартиры. Центр города и основные достопримечательности находятся в 15 минутах неспешной прогулки. Для нас также было плюсом близкое расположение к центральному автовокзалу. Сама квартира хоть и небольшая, но очень уютная, в ней есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить, как продуман процесс заселения и инструкции по вопросам, которые могли возникнуть во время проживания. С удовольствием вернемся сюда, когда в следующий раз поедем в Пловдив.

Stayed 3 nights, did not experience any problem. Air conditioning was running, never had a problem with water, the apartment was clean, building is quiet, easy access, enough amenities. You can’t expect more.
