Enjoy the comfort of our cosy and beautiful studio with a good location within 5 minutes walking to the Singing Fountains and the City garden. The flat is very convenient and although it's a smaller one, it has everything needed even for longer stays. It's suitable for 2 people, but you can book it together with a second studio in the same building.

The space consists of a beautiful common room with a kitchen and bedroom area and a separate bathroom.
The common room consists of:
• comfortable double bed;
• TV with cable;
• dining table;
• air conditioner.
The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves,
• microwave;
• coffee machine and kettle.
In the bathroom there is a shower cabin, toilet and sink with a mirror.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

작은숙소이지만 있을거 다있는 컴팩트한 아주깨끗한 현대식 숙소입니다. 다운타운에서 도보로 10분정도이며 주변이 조용해서 편안하게 머물렀습니다. 단점이 하나도 없었어요. 완전만족했습니다:)

Громко по ночам гудит в ванной комнате. Хозяин сказал, что в день отъезда квартира в нашем распоряжении до 11.00, хоть изначально в приложении было прописано до 12.00. 15 минут от старого города.

Страхотно място и локация! Идеално обзаведено студио с всичко, което ви е необходимо за кратък или продължителен престой. Едно от най-добрите, на които съм попадала! Препоръчвам с две ръце и при възможност определено бих посетила отново!
