The flat was built for owners' living but now is being rented.
It's located in a quiet residential area, steps away from a bakery, grocery stores, the restaurant Happy, an 8 minute walk from the Main Street, the party area Kapana, and a 10-minute walk away from the Оld Тown and the Roman stadium. The apartment is fully equipped, suitable for 4 people, also for longer stays.

On the balcony you can enjoy a coffee table set with comfortable sofa and chairs.
There are two bathrooms, one of them featuring a bathtub with a jacuzzi and the other one- a walk-in shower. There is also one ensuite toilet to bedroom #2 and one separate toilet.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• You will be asked to sign an online rental contract prior to your arrival.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

The apartment is even better than it looked in the photos: clean, spacious, a really great place to stay with excellent value. Communication was excellent: friendly, prompt, helpful. Location is great: quiet and just a short pleasant walk over the river into town. We felt safe. The beds were the most comfortable I have experienced in an Air BnB. The balcony got the sun in the morning and it was warm enough to sit out on the chairs in the evening and talk and eat. The showers were hot and good flow. The only negative point is (as mentioned in another review) there is a musician (drummer) living upstairs who practiced most days usually between 7-9pm. This wasn’t a problem for us as we sat out on the balcony and enjoyed talking and eating out there where we could barely hear the drumming or we dined out in town on the evenings. If we had wanted to use the lounge during those hours though it would have been a problem. It didn’t spoil our stay at all but it’s worth mentioning.
