Our studio is a great choice for your stay in Saint Vlas. It's fully equipped and with a very convenient location - within 3 minutes walking distance to the beach and 10 min. to the city centre and Marina Dinevi. Nearby there will be all kinds of restaurants and shops. The famous resort Sunny Beach is in 5 km, where you can enjoy a nice dinner or party in one of the many clubs.

The studios layout consists of a common area, private bathroom and access to balcony.
In the common area you will find:
• Extendable sofa, which can sleep 2;
• TV with cable channels;
• AC;
• Access to balcony (with table and chairs – to enjoy the green view and quietness)
•Vacuum Cleaner and Ironing board
The kitchen area is equipped with:
• A coffee machine with capsules;
• Mid-sized fridge(larger than minibars) which can accomodate your needs;
• Stoves and microwave oven;
• Washing machine and kettle;
• Dining table for two;
• Various kitchen utensils and kitchenware.
The bathroom provides a shower, a toilet and a washing sink.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Very warm, cozy and stylish place. Great privacy. Has all necessary amenities, and decorated with style. The pool is great, and sea is not that far. In regards of communication - there are a few personalities involved. Like, in my understanding, Tony is the owner, Valeria is managing automated emails, Alex is able to help you, but remotely, since he is managing dozens of flats like this; and finally you have 'field players' - Dimitar, Maria and Petra, who actually are in place. If you have something to solve - I'd contact Alex or Dimitar, both are very effective. It was not clear enough how to get in, I've asked to appear at the reception, but the reception is inside, and both gates were locked. Anyway, having a great place with some hiccups on arrival is better than vice versa, so I definitely recommended the place!
