• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

Pros: Great location, quiet, and well-equipped. The host was responsive, provided clear check-in/check-out instructions, and quickly addressed concerns. The master bedroom and living room are bright on sunny days, making the space feel welcoming. Areas for improvement: The apartment shows some wear and tear - it’s been repainted since the listing photos, but even now the walls have marks likely from careless guests previously. Cleanliness was a significant let-down upon check-in; we arrived late and noticed dust, marks, and crumbs on some surfaces. The host arranged additional cleaning the next day, which we appreciated! The bed sheets had a stale smell, likely from sitting unused, so freshly washed linens before guest arrivals would help. The bar/cabinet in the living room is unsecured and could tip forward if leaned on. The apartment is cosy and warm, but a deep clean would make it even better. A good stay with great communication - just needs better upkeep for a 5-star experience!
