This flat is the perfect place for your stay in Plovdiv - a fancy penthouse with light colours and stylish decorations. Its located right next to the International Fair Plovdiv, outside of the noise in the city centre, but yet it's 10 minutes walking to the Kapana district.

This place is great for a couple or 3 people visiting the town even for a longer period. The space consists of a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom a balcony!

· TV with cable;
· air conditioner.
The kitchen is part of the living room and is fully equipped. It features:
· fridge, oven and stoves;
· cutlery;
· kettle;
· dining table with chairs for 4.
The bedroom is on the second floor of the apartment. It provides:
· comfortable queen-size bed
· desk and a mirror
· exit to the balcony with a nice city view.
There’s a nice bathroom with a shower cabin, a toilet and a sink with a mirror.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Много красиво, чисто и приветливо апартаментче, и най-важното за мен - светлина отвсякъде. Удобна локация, множество магазинчета в района, както и заведения на 2-5 минути от Марица и точно пред Пловдивския панаир. Наистина се надявам да отседна отново там.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. ' Ηταν γενικά καθαρά αν εξαιρέσουμε το χαλί και τα τζάμια. Το μπάνιο καθαρό και τα σεντόνια που είναι πολύ σημαντικό, αλλά μύριζε η αποχέτευση στο μπάνιο. Άμεση ανταπόκριση στα μηνύματα και γενικά ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη η διαμονή μας.
