Welcome to our colourful home in the heart of the beautiful city of Plovdiv.
Enjoy this spacious maisonette one-bedroom apartment, all at your disposal. Modernly decorated in bright colours, accents in the details and fully equipped, this spot is the perfect one for your stay while in Plovdiv.

The apartment is located on two levels.
Downstairs is the common area – kitchen and living room combined.
At your disposal is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare yourself and your fellow travellers a delicious meal.
The living room provides an extendable sofa, placed again a flat screen TV. The the left is the colourful dining area. On this floor is a half bathroom – toilet and washing sink.
Strong WiFi is covering the whole property.
Upstairs is the master bedroom. Comfortable queen-sized bed, wardrobe for your personal belongings and another flat-screen TV. Through the bedroom, you have access to the balcony.
On the second level you will also find the full bathroom – shower, toilet and washing sink at your disposal.

Getting around the city, having this starting point, is easy just by walking.
If you arriving by car, please keep in mind that parking in the area is forbidden. There is a parking lot nearby.

You are located right in the heart of the city of Plovdiv. With is colourful streets, cozy shops and bars, this city will make you want to come back.
Everything you want to visit here is just a couple of minutes walking distance away.

– Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
– Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
– Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
– Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
– It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
– Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
– SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

We had a great stay at Valeri's place. It is clean and spacious. The location is excellent but it is a lively area so not quiet. The check-in was simple and communication was good.
