Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.

Pro: All in all a very pleasant stay. Alex is really kind and proactive with recommendations about activities/food etc. The location is very good, from the airport it took my not even 30mins to the apartment and i am still in the middle of Sofia. The entrance looks a bit scary, but the flat is secured with 3 doors, 2 directly at the flat entrance and 1 on the way upstairs. Pro AND con: flat is on the 6. floor, which means a lot of stairs, but also you have an amazing view. Con: Bathroom is very, very small. Bed is a bit noisy and i would have enjoyed a thicker (or maybe harder) mattress.

Right on Vitosha. Great for going to local sites. Close to a lot of public transport stations too in case you need to go further than you want to walk. Easy to find - just a lot of stairs to the top, if that’s something you can’t handle.

This Airbnb is right in the heart of Vitosha Boulevard, with a beautiful view of NDK and Vitosha Mountain from the 6th floor. The place looked just like the photos, which was great! The only downside was that the toilet is quite small, and taking a shower can be a bit tricky because of the limited space. Also, there was no hot water at first, and I had to turn on the boiler myself. Overall, it was totally worth the money, a cozy spot in an amazing location! FYI: There’s no working elevator in the building, so getting up to the 6th floor can be tough if you’re traveling with older people, kids, or anyone who has difficulty walking.
