The building was built on the Old Roman Town Odessos 2nd-3rd c.AD.
It is situated 2 min. walking distance away from the central beach, shopping area, city sights, swimming pool, gym, museums and the Sea Garden Varna. The Roman Thermae of Odessos is only 100 meters away, next to building. Port Varna is located across. There are also clubs and restaurants in the area. It is a new atractive place in city.
All needed for a comfy stay is provided.

– Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
– It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
– Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Varna. Das Appartment war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekt für ein paar entspannte Tage gerne wieder!

Ми з родиною провели тут кілька днів та залишилися в абсолютному захваті! Квартира дуже затишна, світла та простора, нам було комфортно втрьох. Великий плюс повністю обладнана кухня: ми мали змогу готувати улюблені страви самостійно. Ліжка зручні, душ комфортний, усе продумано до дрібниць. Справжнім скарбом цього житла є його розташування! До міського пляжу лише 3–5 хвилин пішки. Сам пляж просто розкішний: чисте море, лагідна вода, приємний піщаний берег - ідеальне місце, щоб насолодитися сонцем та спокоєм. Поруч луна-парк, зелений парк, Приморський бульвар, зупинки транспорту, безліч ресторанів, магазинчиків та кав’ярень. Ще один великий плюс - звідси дуже зручно гуляти пішки по Варні: відкривати для себе колоритні вулички, місцеві магазини, архітектуру та атмосферу міста. Варна справді чарівне місто, і ця квартира стала для нас чудовою відправною точкою для знайомства з Болгарією. З радістю повернемось до Вас ще раз. Щиро дякую! ❤️
