With a cozy living room, kitchen and dining area in one, one bedroom and a bathroom, it’s ideal for couples or small families. The sloped ceilings and unique triangular window add character and makes this the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the mountains. Street parking is free, and paid parking is available nearby.
The apartment’s layout consists of one bedroom, a common room (living room, kitchen andr dining area in one) and one bathroom.
In the living room there is:
• comfortable extendable sofa which can sleep 1 adult og 2 children;
• TV;
The kitchen is supplied with:
• fridgeand stoves;
• coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster;
• microwave;
• washing machine;
• dining area for four;
In the bedroom there is:
• a comfortable bed;
• wardrobe;
The bathroom is equipped with shower, washing sink and toilet.
In the living room there is:

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!
