The apartment is 80 sq.m, situated on the first floor, and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay:

Luxury bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower cabin, double sink, and toilet, plus one additional guest toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen & dining area with oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, Ninja air fryer, and full set of dishes and cutlery.
Living room with a sofa bed for 2, smart TV with IPTV (150+ channels, 7-day playback), high-speed internet, and air conditioning.
Large veranda (10 sq.m) with a table for 4 and a wonderful view of the beautifully landscaped garden.
Additional amenities: safe, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, drying rack, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, boiler for hot water. Thanks to the excellent insulation, the apartment stays naturally cool and rarely requires air conditioning.

• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
