The apartment’s layout consists of 1 bedroom, a common area (living room and kitchen combined), one balcony, and one bathroom.
The common area provides:
• comfortable sofa (suitable for 2 persons)

The kitchen is equipped with:
• dining area (kitchen table for 4)
• fridge, oven and stoves
• coffee machine
The bedroom has:
• comfortable queen-sized bed
• wardrobe

• The complex has underground parking spaces or outdoor parking for 20 leva per day.
• The apartment is supplied with bed linens,
bath towels, and hotel cosmetics. No beach or pool towels are provided.
• Apartment located on the 2nd floor, with an elevator or steps.
• Baby crib is available upon request, with an extra charge of 20€ / stay
• The pool has free access for our guests, but it’s seasonal. It is open from June until the end of September.
• The apartment is supplied with bed linens,
bath towels, and hotel cosmetics. No beach or pool towels are provided.
• Apartment located on the 2nd floor, with an elevator or steps.
• Baby crib is available upon request, with an extra charge of 20€ / stay
• The pool has free access for our guests, but it’s seasonal. It is open from June until the end of September.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Das Apartment von Vanessa ist sehr schön - modern - es ist alles sehr neu, zum Selber Kochen könnte die Küchenausstattung besser sein, aber das wird wahrscheinlich nicht Jedem wichtig sein, denn es gibt viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Die ganze Umgebung des Komplex Azur ist sehr gepflegt. Vanessa war sehr kommunikativ. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und geben 100% Empfehlung! Gerne kommen wir wieder!
