Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

I had a pleasant stay at this apartment . The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall, great value for the price – I’d definitely stay here again.

Апартаментът е страхотен. Всичко беше много чисто, подредено, много уютно, с внимание към детайла. Обзавеждането е качествено, с много приятни цветове. Страшно много ми хареса, че има лед осветление под рамката на леглото. Много ми хареса, че има бюро за работа с компютър, с голям удобен стол. Много ми допадна стилът на кухнята. А ако човек поиска да сготви - това е мястото. Има абсолютно всичко необходимо като посуда. Има всякакви подправки. Печката е висок клас, пералнята и съдомиалната също. Просто е впечатляващо колко добре е оборудвана къщата. Има неограничено количество кафе капсули. Реалният престой надмина очакванията ми и снимките! А за гледката от терасата … те я спираща дъха и е много вдъхновяващо да закусиш с поглед към града или пък да пийнеш чаша вино вечер! Всичко това на фона на много достъпна цена за нощувка. Ревюто ми звучи като реклама, но наистина останах много доволен и си заслужава.
