• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11 AM. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?

Everything was great but what stood out the most was our always responsive and immensely helpful host. For example, we had a slight issue with the wi-fi connection when we arrived and that was solved within an hour. Every inquiry was addressed promptly and for the first time in my life I was actually asked by the host whether everything was OK during our stay. The apartment was as advertised, located in a nice and peaceful area of the city, yet still pretty close to both the city center and the venue that we visited. The only potentially problematic aspect is parking, although even that was not much of an issue. We had to park some 50 meters from the apartment at first but were able to find a spot in front of the building pretty soon. All in all, a great stay, a top-notch host, and a bunch of recommendations from us.
