This apartment is located on Petko Karavelov Street, right in the top center of Varna — one of the most vibrant and desirable areas in the city. The neighborhood is known for its charming mix of culture, history, and modern city life. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the lively pedestrian zone filled with shops, cafés, and restaurants, as well as landmarks like Hotel Cherno More and the Sea Garden. The beach is only a few minutes away, making this area ideal for both relaxation and entertainment. Despite being in the heart of the city, the street itself is quiet and safe, offering a perfect balance between central convenience and peaceful living.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete.
