• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.

• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

The apartment is clean, spacious, contemporary, and nicely furnished. It has everything needed. The location is peaceful yet very close to everything by walk needed. It has a lot of natural light and is very quiet. Beautiful and tasteful design. We liked it so much that we extended our stay with a few days. The unit is on the 5th floor without an elevator, but it was not a problem for us. The building is well maintained for the area. The unit is managed by a property management company, which was very responsive with a maintenance issue we had. They came and fixed it almost right away. If traveling by car, the area is not parking friendly (as the entire city center in Sofia). It is possible to park but there is a very high chance for a fine as it happened to us. We hope to be back next time we are in Sofia.

I really liked this apartment. It’s fully renovated. In the heart of Sofia but super quiet in the same time. For me personally that’s the best part of Sofia. Close to metro, city center and a big park. There’s no elevator - but as a local person I can say that rarely the buildings in this part have one. Apart from that the apartment itself is clean, big and bright. It’s very easy to find and get inside. Clear communication with the Vasilena. I personally felt really comfortable there and I’d love to book again!
