At your disposal is the whole house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, spacious common area (living room, kitchen and dining area) and an outdoor dining area along with a private swimming pool and a private parking in front of the house for 4 cars.
The 4 bedrooms are furnished with:
• Three of the bedrooms have a queen-size bed and one has two single beds.
• Wardrobes;
• TVs
• Room darkening curtains;
• One of the bedrooms also provides a bathtub.
All of the bathrooms are equipped with toilet, washing sink and walk-in showers.
The kitchen provides:
• Fridge, oven, microwave and stoves;
• Dishwasher;
• Coffee machine and electric kettle;
The living room area has:
• A comfortable sitting area (sofa and armchairs);
• Large TV;
• Dining area for 6;
The house also has a separate office space and laundry room.
The outdoor dining area is also equipped for 8. At your disposal is also an outdoor barbecue.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
