• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.

the apartment is fabulous! all brand new, fully equiped, 2 big bedrooms with balcony, 2 toilets, closet, a room with a desk and a closet, other 2 balconies,a lot of space suitable for 2 couples or a big family. Not noisy at all, close to the city center and like 10 minutes by foot from the beach. Air conditioning in all the rooms! another plus is the free underground parking where can fit 2 cars. We felt like home and we had everything necessary in this apartment. Would choose it every time!

I am really satisfied with this apartment, it looked exactly like it looks on the photoes. It was clean, quiet, right at the center of the city. The apartment is new, the furniture is comfy and there is everything needed. It's definitely worth the price. Also, since we were the first guests, there was some issue with the Wi-Fi, which got fixed right away. The host is very responsive and taking care of any issues. I would reccomend staying there, you won't regret it.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a review of the original apartment itself, as we were informed just a few days before our arrival that it would no longer be available. We were offered an alternative accommodation, which we had no real choice but to accept since our trip was already planned well in advance and there were no other similar options at the same price. While the replacement apartment is beautiful and in a great location, our experience during the 8 days of stay was disappointing due to poor management. The apartment was not equipped and it was uncomfortable for a family stay, lacking many basic essentials that would make a holiday home feel like a real home. The most disappointing fact is that the management ignored totally our request during our stay
