Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

New and modern apartment at top location. Very short walk to Varna's main pedestrian area, the beach and the sea garden. Highly recommend and would stay again.

the apartment is fabulous! all brand new, fully equiped, 2 big bedrooms with balcony, 2 toilets, closet, a room with a desk and a closet, other 2 balconies,a lot of space suitable for 2 couples or a big family. Not noisy at all, close to the city center and like 10 minutes by foot from the beach. Air conditioning in all the rooms! another plus is the free underground parking where can fit 2 cars. We felt like home and we had everything necessary in this apartment. Would choose it every time!
