• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

Wir waren für 9 Nächte bei Vanessa und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um die Gegend zu erkunden, es gibt allerdings direkt um die Ecke einen Supermarkt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall.
