The villa is spread over two floors.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults with 2 children.
On the first floor you will find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable bedroom and a bathroom.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, a small table and a TV.
The kitchen is equipped with Oven, Stove, Aspirator, Microwave, Coffee machine , Kettle, Fridge, Dishwasher, Zepter Water Purifier and Wine Refrigerator.
There is also a dining area with a table and 6 chairs.
On the first floor is also one of the bedrooms in the property, which has a large bedroom and a wardrobe.
Also one bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
On the second floor of the villa there are two more bedrooms.
One has a single bed, a desk and a TV.
The other has two single beds with a pull-out mechanism and two desks.
The second bathroom is also located on this floor, which has a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.
The laundry room is also located on the second floor, which has a washing machine and a dryer.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!
