Our lovely Two-bedroom stylish apartment in the heart of the city centre of Varna has everything you need for a perfect city break. The beach is just 6-7min away from the apartment on a walk. Here you can enjoy a nice vacation with your friends and family with everything you need in a one-hand distance. Peaceful and quiet place with everything around- pharmacy, shops, restaurants, bars, the sea area, and Sea Garden in 5 minutes walk, fun activities, and different landmarks. This place is perfect for your gate away city breaks.
Guests will have access to the entire property.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

The flat is nice, clean and the location is perfect. It is isolated from noise, so we slept well. The owner is friendly and helpful. At first we were given the wrong code for the locker with keys. However, it took 5 minutes to get the right one. We also needed help with bed linen, the apartment had a lot of winter blankets and not enough thin sheets to cover ourselves in the heat. The owner provided us with a set of sheets only on the third! day. Also, although the apartment has a kitchen and is designed for 4 people, it only has 3 deep and 2 flat plates. Not a big deal but would be nice to have more. Also the toilet is too small and may be a real problem for someone. But overall, these shortcomings did not spoil our holiday, pleasant apartment., I recommend!
