The bathroom is equipped with shower, bath, washing sink and toilet.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

De accommodatie zelf was prima in orde en proper. Rumyana was ook steeds bereikbaar voor vragen en hulp. Minpunt was wel dat de lichten in de slaapkamers niet werkten bij aankomst (wegens zekering die niet aanstond) en dat er geen warm water was om te douchen (omdat de boiler ook niet aanstond). Dit was wel op het einde van de dag opgelost, dus al bij al waren we zeker tevreden na ons verblijf.

היה לנו ממש כיף בדירה, מקום מרווח, נקי להפליא, יש מעלית והכניסה לבניין מאוד מטופחת. במרחק הליכה מהכול, קרוב למטרו ולמקומות בילו של מרכז העיר ויחד עם זאת החלונות יוצאים לחצר הפנימית הירוקה והשקטה. מומלץ ביותר!

Le logement est très agréable : moderne, confortable, bien décoré et équipé, propre. L'immeuble est sécurisé et le quartier est calme, tout en étant très bien situé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !
