• Apartment located on the 4th floor – no elevator.
• Baby crib is available upon request – 20EUR/stay.
– Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
– Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
– Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
– It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
– Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The view is better than the photos! It has nice kitchen tools, pots, dishes and lots of seating. Although it was dirty in several areas, overall we liked it and extended our stay. The beds are soft and the heaters worked well in the bedrooms to offset the chilly nights. Parking is a few minutes walk and we didn’t mind that there was no elevator to the 5th floor. If you like dogs and cats, bring food to share with the ones outside where the cars park and down by the promenade.

Am fost foarte plăcut surprins de acest apartament. Mi-a plăcut în mod special livingul, care are un spațiu open space generos, luminos și foarte bine gândit pentru a oferi confort și libertate de mișcare. În plus, apartamentul dispune de un balcon mare, de unde se deschide o priveliște superbă spre mare – un adevărat loc de relaxare, ideal pentru a savura cafeaua de dimineață sau pentru momentele de liniște seara. Este o locuință care combină funcționalitatea cu frumusețea, oferind o atmosferă modernă și relaxantă.
