Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Ani was an absolutely wonderful host! She was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The place itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up with everything we needed for a great stay. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into the space. Highly recommend staying here, and I’d definitely book with Ani again in the future!
