• No parties, events, or loud gatherings are permitted
• Guests must respect neighbors and community rules at all times

• Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property
• No illegal activities are permitted, including drug use or intentional property damage

Cleanliness & Maintenance
• Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay
• All used dishes must be washed and stored before departure
• Waste must be disposed of in the designated bins; follow recycling guidelines
• No mid-stay cleaning is provided unless booked in advance (€35 extra charge)
• Any damages or maintenance issues must be reported immediately
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay; repair/replacement costs will be charged accordingly
