• Please note that the apartment is located on the 1st floor above the ground floor in a building with NO elevator.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, le logement était propre correspondait à l’annonce et aux photos. Il y faisait bon pourtant les températures dehors étaient bien dans les négatifs, l’accessibilité est parfaite. L’appartement se situe à 10min à pied du boulevard Vistosha (boulevard rempli de commerce, restaurant, etc..) nous pouvons donc tout faire à pied, le plein centre est à porte de main. Ce n’était pas mon premier séjour à Sofia et ce logement nous a permit d’apprécier pleinement celui ci. Je vous le recommande ! Merci

the apartment is super clean and very well decorated. It has all the things you need and is located in the centre of Sofia. The keyless check in is wonderful and quick! My friend and I had a really good time in this apartment, we felt at home immediately. The only thing is that you can hear the tram going past the house during the day, so if you are a light sleeper you might need some earplugs. Other than that is is an absolute wonderful apartment!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα για να περάσεις καλά στις διακοπές σου. Μόνη παρατήρηση είναι το μαξιλάρι δεν ήταν πολύ άνετο.
