Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Il nostro soggiorno a Sofia è stato bellissimo. L'appartamento si presenta molto pulito, spazioso, luminoso e facilmente raggiungibile . Unica pecca: si trova al quarto piano. È situato a pochi metri dalla metropolitana e ciò chi ha permesso di raggiungere tutte le zone della città. Vasilena è l'host ideale, ci ha seguito per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Arrivederci...

we had a lovely stay! the location was perfect with everything important in a walking distance, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. we were with our baby and they provided a crib and a high chair. the host was super responsive, gave us recommendations when we asked and fixed everythkng we asked for. only downside is the apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator, which was challenging with a stroller.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! It felt bright, cozy, and beautifully decorated with lots of natural light. The location couldn’t have been better. It was all within walking distance of so many wonderful sights like Slaveykov Square, The City Gardens, and St. Sofia. The two balconies were such a treat, and having a washing machine made things so convenient. Our host was so friendly and responsive, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We’d happily stay here again!
