The flat consists of a common room with an open plan kitchen, cozy bedroom and bathroom and balcony.
In the common room you will find:

The bedroom offers:
• queen-size bed

The bathroom consists of shower, toilet, sink, mirror.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

הדירה היתה גדולה ומחולקת בצורה נוחה מאד, יש סלון ומטבח נפרד, וחדר שינה נפרד. כמו כן בכניסה לבית יש ארון גדול לאחסון. הדירה חדשה ויפה ומאובזרת פשוט הכל מהכל!! הדירה היתה נקיה ונעימה מאד, ממוקמות בתוך מלון דירות. המיקום שקט ונוח, 10 דק הליכה מהגנדולה, קרוב להכל. על כל דבר היה מענה מיידי הוראות הגעה ברורות. נהננו מאד מאד!! ממליצה במיוחד!!

Много приятен апартамент – стилен, уютен и топъл, с всички удобства, от които имахме нужда. Близо до ски пътя, на тихо и спокойно място. В непосредствена близост има малък хранителен магазин и добър ресторант. Препоръчвам го.

We had a wonderful stay at Julien’s apartment. It was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. We were able to ski in and ski out via a short path that led us directly to the ski road. We would absolutely stay again if back in Bansko! Thank you Julien.
