• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.

Great apartment equipped with all you you could potentially need for your family vacation. Warm and clean with a great location just next to the ski slopes.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was clean, warm and well equipped with everything that we needed. There is a fireplace and upon request they can bring you at the door a sack of wood for it, which is very convenient (the cost is 20 lv). We lit the fireplace and we felt very cozy, especially while it was snowing outside. There is a restaurant one floor down and you can order food for the apartment, which was also very convenient. There are a few other restaurants in the neighbouring buildings as well as a 24/7 mini market. The location of the apartment is very good - right at the main area Studenets where is everything - ski lifts, ski slopes, restaurants, slopes for sleds for the children. The hosts were very communicative and friendly. I recommend this apartment and would love to book it again for our next stay in Pamporovo!
