One parking spot included free of charge. Please inform us if you would like to use it, so we can prepare the access to it.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11am. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

the apartment building was very new and had an excellent location - very near city centre. The manager of the apartment was very responsive and provided all the instructions ahead of time. It also had a private parking which was accessible from the back. The apartment was spacious enough for 2 people with a nice kitchen and bathroom. There was appliances like a microwave, toaster, cooking hob and stocked with necessary plates and cups. Overall it was a great value for the price.

Kamen was very friendly and polite. Whenever I needed something, I felt comfortable reaching out. Also, the check-in was smooth and easy. We had a proper and private parking spot as requested. The apartment was nice and cozy and had everything we needed. We were glad to see that there is a supermarket very close to the apartment, which was also really convenient.
